PURE YOGA & PILATES
Yoga
Pure Yoga prides itself on making yoga classes available to everyone. Our teaching style incorporates the principals of hatha yoga, each class is 75 minutes and follows a pattern of breathing , poses and relaxation.
To accomodate everyones needs the studio is complete with mats, bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets so that you can be fully supported in each pose.
The studio is carpeted, airconditioned and has toilet and change facilites.
There is a maximum of 12 participants in each classes ensuring individual attention. Bookings are therefore essential.
Classes are paid for monthly and are $15.00 each
Pregnant mums are welcome to any class.

Pilates
Pilates Mat classes provide an excellent opportunity to access a cost effective workout, to strengthen and improve posture and abdominal control. All Pilates classes run for 10 weeks .Small apparatus such as foam rollers, therabands and Magic circles are used to intensify classes. Twice during the 10 week course a pilates circuit class is run where participants use a variety of equipment such as the reformer , spine corrector, high barrel and wunda chair. This is a great challenge to your pilates workout.
Term Two will commence 26th April 2012
The 10 week course will cost $150.
A maximum of 11 in each class so bookings are essential.

Corporate / Workplace Yoga
Pure Yoga can come to your workplace and conduct Yoga or Pilates classes. They can be held at lunch time or before/after work hours usually of 1 hour duration.

Personal Training
At Pure Yoga we have a fully operational Personal Training studio where we cater for each individuals needs.
The studio is equipped with:-
- Pin loaded weight machines;
- Free weights;
- Electronic treadmill and bike;
- Outdoor mountain bikes;
- Fitness balls and bands;
- Boxing equipment and skipping ropes;
- Training can be one on one or small groups up to 3.
- A personalised program is written to ensure each individuals goals are achieved.
Personal training can improve:-
- Cardiovascular fitness;
- Muscle tone & shape;
- Strength and flexibility;
- Weight loss and body image.
We vary the program weekly aiming to incorporate both indoor and outdoor activities where possible to ensure goals can be achieved without the "plateauing" effect. QUALIFICATION DETAILS
All yoga teachers have completed a Diploma of Yoga with the Antara SChool of Yoga and have in excess of 10 years teaching experience. Prior to teaching all teachers have been praticing yoga for a minimum of 6 years. They are commmitted to their yoga practice and that of their participants.
Pilates teachers are fully trained in the Pilates Method - Pilates International (Certificate IV)
