Deborah Shepherd, founder of ReAwaken, was inspired through her experiences working in her corporate role in financial services for over 20 years to find ways to create balance, handle stress and promote wellness in her daily life.
Bringing ReAwaken alive enables her to live her passion of connecting with others and assisting their journey of self discovery.
Through the connection of our whole - Mind, Body and Soul we can honour our experience while attaining good health, vitality and prosperity. This ancient wisdom has been known for centuries yet can sometimes get lost in our fast paced, modern day pace of living.
