Constitutional Facial Acupuncture is a safe, painless and effective treatment for renewing the face as well as the whole body. Your fine lines may be entirely erased, deeper lines reduced and bags around neck and eyes firmed.
Fine needles are placed at a variety of acupuncture points on the face, neck and around the eyes to stimulate the body’s natural energies, or Qi. Since muscle groups are addressed as well the acupuncture points, the face lifts itself, via the acupuncture points, through the muscles’ toning and tightening action. The needles also stimulate blood and circulation, which improves facial colour.
After a thorough health and constitutional assessment I also use fine needles in specific points on your body, to give you a complete holistic treatment - easing your mind, body and spirit.

Naturopathic Consultations
The aim of your initial consultation is to assess your health status by taking a thorough health history. I offer a variety of simple diagnostic tests such as Hemaview™, zinc test, urinary indican test (to assess level of intestinal dysbiosis), urinary pH as well as Chinese tongue and pulse diagnosis. I may also recommend you do a salivary hormone test. Based on this information I look for the underlying causes of illness or areas that you wish to improve, and then formulate a unique treatment plan that addresses both your immediate symptoms and the underlying cause(s).
Your treatment plan may incorporate a range of therapies depending on your needs and preference such as herbs, acupuncture, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle advice, and energetic medicine such as flower essence therapy. I really understand how difficult it is to make such lifestyle or dietary changes (as I have had to go through the process myself) so I offer ongoing support in any way I can and for as long as you and your family need it.
The knowledge you will gain from this experience will be invaluable for the healthy future of you and your family.
Acupuncture for your health and wellbeing
Acupuncture originated in China thousands of years ago, and is still widely used and accepted as an effective therapy in today’s culture. Very fine needles are used to stimulate points in the body to influence organs and systems to increase your body’s ability to heal itself.

Having been chronically ill for the first 25 years of her life, she understands first-hand the positive difference that healthy living and natural medicine can make.
