Rebecca has Diplomas in Remedial, Swedish and Aromatherapy massage.
Coming from a Nursing background she has a thorough knowledge of the human body and is very passionate about helping people to feel better, both physically and emotionally.
Rebecca specialises in Remedial and Myofascial (mi –o- Fash-ul ) work. This therapy is firm, relaxing and effective in reducing muscle aches and pain or restriction.
Myofascial ( MFR) massage works directly on connective tissue ( muscles, ligaments and tendons) that connect muscles to bones. MFR helps to restore balance of the body and mind.
Rebecca is a member of the ATMS, is a provider with ALL major Health funds and has a current Senior First Aid certificate.
