Pilates -Yoga courses
Book for term 2! Starting mid April
Classes are a balanced blend of Yoga and Pilates to enhance your overall well being.This one hour mat class includes postural strengthening, stretching and muscle toning. It is suitable for beginners to intermediate. Gain flexibility, manage body aches and stiffness and suitable for post natal retraining. Feel refreshed and relaxed.

Restorative Yoga-Pilates
This physioyoga class includes yoga asana (exercise) for those recovering from an injury or needing special attention or a therapeutic approach. It is a balanced class with body awareness. Maximum class size of six for more individual attention
Gentle Yoga (with Pilates principles)
This class includes yoga asana (exercise) and vinyasa (sequences) at a gentle to moderate level. It is a balanced class with body and breath awareness. For those new to yoga or recommencing at a gentle to moderate level.The class is followed by a short 10 minute meditation/ relaxation.
Plus NEW members receive a discount yoga mat only $15.
Progressive Yoga with Meditation
For those with yoga experience wanting to take yoga to a deeper level. This class includes yoga asana, pranayama, yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation. There is more focus on prana (energy) to balance your whole being. Chakra awareness is incorporated in practice and meditation.
Do I need a Physio pre assessment?
New clients especially those with pre-existing health conditions or post-natal are recommended to book for a: Physio and postural assessment with Pilates Introduction
Half hour $65/ $55 concession which is rebatable with private health.
