"Hi,
My name is Christopher Rada. I practice vibrational healing modalities of Reiki and Buddho~EnerSense. These systems have been found to be very beneficial in promoting health, accelerating healing and complimenting other therapies.
I was first introduced to Reiki in 2005 after a small operation. After only one treatment, I was amazed by the accelerated healing time. Leading a busy lifestyle, working full time in the field of Information Technology and part time as a martial arts teacher, I endeavoured to learn the art for my own well-being.
Impressed by the results of Reiki that I saw both in myself and others I'd worked with, I continued on to become a full practitioner in Reiki and also went on to learn the Buddho~EnerSense system and began working with the public.
The benefits of these systems have been across the board. Since beginning to practice Reiki, my eating habits have changed, I am no longer craving unhealthy foods and alcohol, I am more energetic and I am physically fitter and healthier on a daily basis. I am also happier and emotionally stronger than before.

Reiki
The Japanese word Reiki means ‘spiritual power’. It refers to the life force energy that permeates all living beings. The word also refers to the therapidic method of healing which is based upon accessing this energy at a very high vibrational frequency.
Reiki accelerates healing by achieving a very deep state of relaxation in which the body and mind can revitalise. It promotes physical as well as mental, emotional and spiritual healing and well-being.
Reiki is very gentle, yet powerful, and as such can compliment any other healing practice, including modern medical, psychological or alternative therapies.
Buddho~EnerSense
Buddho~EnerSense is a complete system of healing and in it contains the origins of Reiki. It is primarily a spiritual practice including meditations and physical exercises, and also contains a healing method similar to Reiki.
The original name of the system, Buddho, means ‘seed of enlightenment’. It was brought into the west in the early 1990’s by a man named the Venerable Seiji Takamori. Seiji was originally trained in Reiki before he began his research into the origins of Reiki, in which he discovered this ancient art.
Dr Ranga Premaratna, the current lineage head, gave this system the name EnerSense, incorporating the words Energy, Sense and Sensation as it captures the essence of the practice. Buddho~EnerSense is not a religion or a belief system, rather a form of vibrational healing.
What to expect
A treatment is carried out, face up, on a massage table. The practitioner's hands are held in various positions both on and away from the body, including slight pressure on some points. Positions include the top of the head, face, throat, shoulders, above the chest (resting on the chest for men), abdomen, outer thighs, knees, feet, arms and hands.
Sensations usually include a deep sense of relaxation and occasionally heat, tingling and other sensations. Sensations can vary from person to person as well as from treatment to treatment.
Services
A single session of either Reiki lasts for one hour and costs $70. A session of Buddho~EnerSense lasts for one hour and costs $80.
