About our Treatments
We aim to reduce stress, tension, pain, fatigue and aid the body in healing if it is required. Bringing clarity, calmness, balance, vitality and energy back to the body. All treatments aid the body in detoxing by releasing toxins, improving circulation and increasing the distribution of oxygen and nutrient flow throughout the body.
Reiki
A Japanese technique that promotes healing, relaxation and reduces stress. Reiki is a gentle treatment with amazing results. Reiki works with energy by moving energy to certain parts of the body where it is needed. You will often feel emotions, twitches and movement with the body as the energy is being shifted. This is normal and all part of energy release and better balance of energy in the body. Reiki is helpful if you have problems sleeping, work to much, stress, worry, have a sluggish digestion have pain. Listed are just some of the amazing results you can benefit from by having Reiki. Overall Reiki helps move energy to where it is needed helping the body to run more effectively with more energy and better balance.
Relaxation Massage
A Combination of different techniques are used and individually selected to best suit each person. Massage is a great way to relax and unwind and to let all your stress and tensions dissolve away. Good quality massage oils are selected for all skin types. The oils used are packed with nutrients deepening the effects of the massage giving the skin a healthy glow.
Reflexology
Relaxing movements working on reflex points to stimulate parts of the body to aid in healing. Reflexology works with the feet and/or hands working on different points to stimulate healing to every part of the body. Areas where the body needs extra work can be worked into. A selection of gentle flower essence moisturiser's are used that help with further relaxation in the treatment leaving your feet soft and supple and non oily.
Crystal Healing
A combination of Crystals are used to help Balance chakras and distribute energy throughout the body. Reiki Energy is also used increasing the effect.
Ear Candling
Ear Candling is great for stress, headaches and sinus problems and aids in stimulating the immune system and circulation. The ear candle helps draw out wax and residues of past infections and fungus problems. It is a relaxing process very gentle and calming. We use the finest premium quality ear candles for ear candling by BioSun sourced from certified organic producers. The ear candles are made the traditional way using the ancient Indian Hopi techniques.
About Suzanna
I have been practicing massage for the last 4 years and always doing further training in different techniques to incorporate more into the treatments I work with. I have completed Reiki 1 and 2 and use it in all the treatments, bringing deeper depth to each treatment.
My Aim is to reduce stress, tension, aid the body in healing itself, promoting relaxation and bringing balance back to the body. I work on bringing good blood flow to help nutrients flow easier to different organs and to help flush out toxins. I also help in moving lymphatic fluid which helps with overall immune stimulation and good health.
I find through my experience that Body work such as Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Reflexology have positive effects on the body and can aid in stress, tension, pain and any healing process.
As a Naturopath student I find that optimal health comes from a balance of all things, as you will see I will incorporate a large range of different options into a treatment plan. No one person is the same and we all require different things.
