Life can be stressful

The demands of work and family along with our commitments outside the workplace and home can take their toll.

I became a massage therapist in 1993 because I wanted to help others feel better.

Our experienced therapists can tailor a treatment schedule to you after establishing your health goals by incorporating remedial, sports or deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, reflexology or hot stone therapy.

We want our clients to leave our clinic feeling balanced, relaxed, re-energised… and a little pampered

We hope to see you soon!
