Welcome to Remedial Massage and Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese holistic massage therapy working on the same pressure points as acupuncture. It involves firm pressure, assisted stretches and joint mobility techniques. It is beneficial for both muscular tightness and chronic conditions such as headaches and sleeping disorders. Shiatsu is done over loose comfortable clothes.
Remedial Massage treats specific muscular aches and pain, rehabilitates injuries and resolves long term stiffness. Allow at least 3 sessions.
Relaxation Massage is great for the relief of stress, revitalising the body and maintaining well being.
Corporate massage is done at the office. It involves 10-15 mins of
firm neck and shoulder massage over work clothes to re-energise and de-stress.
Galit Cohen is a qualified and experienced Therapist with a Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies. She is a member of AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists) with additional training in remedial and relaxation massage and Chinese cups. Galit has been practicing professionally since 2001.
