She particularly likes to treat long standing muscle and joint problems, sports injuries, headaches, and pain arising during pregnancy.
Professionally, Alison is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association and Sports Medicine Australia. Taking short courses and reading the latest journals to keep up to date with current developments enables her to offer you the best osteopathic treatment.
Alison’s most recent osteopathic course has been about treating babies and children, learning techniques to decrease tension in their body tissues, to help them be more comfortable as they grow and develop.
In her spare time Alison enjoys being outdoors, cycling, and going running. Preparing, cooking and sharing delicious meals with her family and friends are some of her favourite pastimes. She is interested in the health benefits of good nutrition, and foods that encourage healing in your body tissues.
