How Does It Work?

PST rebalances the Fight or Flight mechanism.
The "Fight or Flight mechanism” is your body's primitive and automatic, inborn response that prepares your body to "fight" or "flee" from what you perceive as attack, harm or threat to your survival. So whether you experience excessive stress from internal worry or external circumstance, your "fight or flight" response is triggered. This response is hard-wired into your brain and represents a genetic wisdom designed to protect you from bodily harm.

We all can be affected by stressful situations in our lives. They can be traumatic or they can be only mild. More than often these stresses affect our health and symptoms start to form.

What Happens in Therapy?

One on One sessions
The first session is about 1 1/2 hours. In this session the therapist will first ask a few basic questions and then explain what PST is and how it works. You simply sit in a comfortable chair and close your eyes while the therapist talks to you and guides you in achieving your desired changes. The sessions are a one on one method and you are aware at all times.
PST is a Drug Free Method with No Physical Contact nor Mental Interogation.

It's a bit like a "De-Frag" on the computer.
The Subconscious knows what the problem is and it knows how to fix it.
With the correct guidance from the therapist, the client uses their own natural ability to create the desired changes within the privacy of their subconscious mind. The use of correct words from the therapist promotes the clients subconscious mind to do a rapid search and automatically (without consciously trying) search for meaning to reassess the situation from a "now to then" point of view. Medically it's called a Trans-Derivational Search. It's gentle but powerful, very effective and long lasting. And it's not an intense therapy; It's a “Let It Happen” method.

The Ugly side of Anger

Anger is a powerful emotion. If deep seated anger isn't resolved, it can have destructive results for everyone involved. Unresolved anger can lead to arguments, physical fights, physical abuse, assault and self-harm.

The Physical Effects

When a person gets Angry, the bodies 'Fight or Flight' response is triggered. Other emotions that trigger this response include Fear, Excitement and Anxiety. The adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. The autonomic nervous system sends blood away from the gut and towards the muscles, in preparation for physical exertion, and the Digestive System and immune system are not working anywhere near their full capacity. Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration increase, the body temperature rises and the skin perspires.

Are Your Glasses Actually Hurting Your Eyes?

Almost half the population in Australia wears some sort of artificial lens, glasses or contact lenses. Artificial lenses may help improve your vision, but it is just a temporary fix. Glasses and lenses can never fix your eye problems. Artificial lenses can help you see things more clearly, but they are mainly for the symptoms of eye problems and do not cure the actual ailment.

The main problem with artificial lenses is they teach you bad habits and allow your eyes to work incorrectly. You quickly become dependent on the lenses and keep your eyes from healing themselves. The main cause of most eye ailments is mental stress and strain on the eyes. The key is to learn how to avoid strain in the first place. That is not always possible, so learning new habits to deal with strain is the next step.

One of the largest problems with artificial lenses is finding the perfect prescription. Your eyes are constantly changing. Many things play a factor in how well you can see. Weather, health, mood, distractions, and outside stressors all play a part in your vision. When it’s sunny and bright out our moods are usually better and so is our eyesight. For a doctor to find the perfect prescription is impossible. You may go to the doctor when you are in a bad mood and its dark and rainy out. Your prescription will reflect this making them not work at all when you are happy and it’s bright out.

Try going without your glasses for a few weeks and see what happens. You may be surprised at the results. Of course at first things may be blurry, but once your eyes start to adjust to a life without artificial lenses things will become clearer. The trick is to make sure you are free of too much mental strain. Try some relaxation techniques and rest your eyes when things start to get out of focus.

Trying to get back at your ex, or trying to make your ex jealous is not a good way to operate. In fact, these are some of the worst things that you can possibly do, because it will show your ex that he or she should simply move on because you already have. While you do want your ex to see that you're doing ok, you do not want it to inspire him or her to completely move on if your ideal scenario is to get back together. Exercise relieves the pain of arthritis

If you have arthritis you know how hard it is to get up after sitting for any period of time. You’re so toxic and tense that you hurt to move. Try some simple exercises in your chair. Swing your arms around in circles. Lift up one leg at a time. Turn your body as far to the right as you can and then to the left.
While sitting tighten your buttocks and lift your body up from the chair. You won’t lift it far if at all but you will feel the body lift.
Start with just doing these simple exercises three or four times each for a few minutes and working yourself up to 10 times three or four times a day. If you like to walk start slow. If it is only 10 feet, walk 10 feet. Everyday increase it another 5 feet.

You will be amazed how better you will feel.
Swimming or exercising in water is marvelous.
