About Bonnie:

Bonnie has been teaching yoga since 2001. Bonnie has always had a fascination with movement, anatomy and physiology. Initially from a background in dance, Bonnie transitioned to yoga to diversify her interests in western anatomy with traditional eastern techniques. Her teaching style tends to have a strong focus on posture and correct alignment. She believes in teaching her students not only how to do the yoga poses correctly, but also how they might apply the principles of yoga into other aspects of their life.
Because of her interest in physiology, Bonnie is keenly interested in classes with a specific focus such as childrens classes, prenatal classes, postnatal classes and people with specific injuries.
