About Us
Step through the traditional Balinese doors and past the trickling water features you will enter the day spa area, a space of peace and tranquility for your treatment.
Out the front, treatment rooms for acupuncture, Naturopathy, Indigo SCIO and other wellness consultations take place.
The Retreat offers a range of treatments to both locals and visitors alike. The business has been open since 2004 and within that time undergone a few refurbishments, the latest of which took place last year and now features a new boutique area.
Day Spa
Set in a traditional Balinese inspired garden, you will enter into an atmosphere of gentle sounds and exotic aromas that touch the senses. Select from a menu of treatments incorporating massages, body scrubs, mud wraps, facials, hands and feet treats and more. Or you may choose to experience one of our Spa Journeys’ with pampering options up to 6 hours in duration. With names like Your Sanctuary, The Dreaming and Total Indulgence you will never want to leave.
We are able to provide for special occasions and functions including hens parties, anniversaries, pre-wedding pampering, birthdays and corporate rewards. We also offer couples or friends the opportunity to being treated in the same room
Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a blend of traditional medical systems such as homeopathy & herbal medicine with the modern sciences of nutrition and anti-ageing medicine. With the latest equipment from around the globe we will assess your health and design a specific program to maximise your energy and well-being. Key programs include Weight Loss, Mens Wellbeing, Womens Wellbeing, Hormones, Pain and Injuries, Fertility, Allergy Reduction, Detox and Anti-aging
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one branch of the traditional Chinese medical system. This enduring perspective on health is one of balance. Integral to this concept of energetic balance is the meridian system, a network of channels or pathways through the body. Acupuncture is the placement of needles into these points to achieve this healthy balance.

Location - We are located on beautiful Coffs Creek just minutes from the beach at The Promenade, Coffs Harbour.
Gift Vouchers - Are available for all treatments, payment can be made in person or by phone and the vouchers will be posted to you or you can pick them up. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
