Massage
Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce common ailments such as headaches, stress and muscle tightness, aches and pains, even anxiety and depression. Feel free to discuss mixing any of the below to suit your needs.
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is excellent for tired, knotted and sore muscles and tendons. The pressure can be deep, strong or gentle.
Hot Stone Therapy Massage
Using hot basalt stones as used by the Hawaiians and incorporating remedial/swedish massage techniques, this is a beautiful soothing and very therapeutic massage. This massage is ideally taken as a 1.5 hour massage or even a 2 hour massage.
Swedish Massage - Relaxation.
A very gentle and soft massage for those looking for pure relaxation.
Trigger Point Therapy
A myofascial trigger point is a hyperirritable locus within a taut band of skeletal muscle and /or its associated fascia. The area/spot is painful on compression and can evoke referred pain throughout the body. By combining massage and Trigger Point Therapy, I can work in known areas to release tension. E.g. headaches, lower back pain, leg pain etc.
Ear Candling
Using hand made locally sourced candles, these candles sets this experience beyond any other. Larger and longer than normal you will need to allow 90mins for this lovely, relaxing and calming experience.
Ear Candling assists in the clearing of earwax and sinus congestion. It removes toxins from the ear by creating a vacuuming effect, leaving them clear and clean of wax and congestion.
