Remedial: (Identifies areas of dysfunction, releases tension, restores balance)
Conditions which benefit: Frozen shoulder, tension/stress headaches, sprain/strain injuries, post operative rehabilitation, Arthritic disorders, stroke paralysis, constipation/ thoracic lumbar spine.
Trigger Point Therapy may be included with remedial massage. Ischaemic pressure on these sites releases the muscle or fascia.
This releases pain and tension, stops pain referring to other areas of the body and improves mobility.
Sports: Helps prevent injury, enhances performance, aid's recovery.
