Reach your full potential with Kinesiology.
If you are looking for more balance, inner peace, wellbeing, enhancement of mental abilities, motivation, stress relief, or resolution of long standing health problems, kinesiology can help you.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic discipline that encompasses both Western and Eastern Traditional Medicine to stimulate your body’s own healing potential.
One main difference between Kinesiology and other complimentary therapies is the use of muscle monitoring to assess your body's response to any stimulus. This biofeedback system allows me to ascertain what causes stress in your body, whether it is of an emotional, biochemical or physical/structural nature and the technique required to release this stress.
These techniques include acupressure, emotional stress release, body/brain integration movements, emotional freedom techniques, flower essences, bodywork, chakra balancing, neurolymphatic and neurovascular reflexes, counselling and nutritional advice.
About Emotional Freedom Technique.
Emotional Freedom Technique developed from Roger J Callahan’s original technique of Thought Field Therapy. He was a clinical psychologist in America who discovered that, by tapping the end point of the energy meridians on a person’s body, he could reduce their emotional stress in minutes. Garry Craig developed the Emotional Freedom Technique from this research.
This technique has some quite amazing results. It has been shown to cure phobias, addictions, anxiety, stress, physical pain (and many others) in minutes. I have used this in my practice with excellent results.
What does a kinesiology session involve?
Each session involves a discussion of your presenting issue and your goals for the session. You remain fully clothed for the session and usually lie on a massage table.
You may be required to follow up the session with a home support program. For example, this may include a series of body-brain exercises for children with learning difficulties.

Testimonials
Rosie has a great ability to build trust and relax a client. I suffered Irritable Bowel Syndrome at times of stress. Her kinesiology balances immediately reduced these symptoms and calmed my digestive system. David
I tried kinesiology because I was too tired and lacking in energy to do all the things that I wanted to do in a day. I also slept badly at night. After a few sessions of kinesiology I regained my energy and sleep a full eight hours. Erica
When I was 8 years old I was diagnosed with ADD and learning difficulties. The signs were showing from a very early age and it was very obvious to my parents and teachers especially. The symptoms included little or no concentration, hyperactivity and inability to process audio and visual information, to name a few. I was always behind in school and socially below average. My childhood was a course of psychiatric appointments and medication. Even now I look back on these treatments and feel they didn't help me that much.
As I grew older the hardship continued and my difficulties moved from home and school to work. On one occasion I was fired from a job on the second day because I could not grasp new concepts.
When I was about 21 years old I had my first kinesiology appointment with Rosie Nicolai. Before then I was constantly getting into trouble at work for my day dreaming, producing a small amount of work and following instuctions incorrectly. Shortly after visiting my kinesiologist, Rosie, and daily home support exercises, the improvements began. The first sign was being able to concentrate from the beginning to end of a working day without daydreaming and not getting every single instruction wrong. Following this, criticisms were replaced with occasional praise and then finally a pay rise.
In conclusion I think regular visits to a kinesiologist along with daily home support exercises are great, because it does no harm to your mental and physical health unlike prescription drugs, and is very effective in the long term.
I do believe that kinesiology has, and will help me a lot and I would recommend it to anyone and their children. Matthew
