About Emma Simpson - Principal Therapist:-
Emma Simpson is a highly skilled remedial massage therapist, not only trained in remedial, sports and pregnancy massage, she also has advanced training in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and corrective exercise. Emma combines these techniques to tailor each treatment therefore taking an integrative approach.
Emma completed her 350hr Yoga Teacher Training with Life Source Yoga in 2009 and is committed to continuing professional development. She has completed post-graduate studies in Functional Movement & Postural Assessments with Mark Breadner, Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Hatha Yoga with physiotherapist Simon Borg-Olivier of Synergy Yoga and Advanced Deep Tissue Massage & Myofascial Release with Art Riggs. Emma is continuing her studies in Yoga Therapy with Mark Breadner.
Emma is a member of the ATMS and is covered by all major health funds.
