R & R Corporate Health
R&R are proven specialists in the prevention of workplace injury. We are pioneers of workplace massage, and it is from this service that a range of injury prevention programs have sprung. These include core stability/manual handling, workplace stretching and our new health and safety book, The Healthy Road Warrior, a manual addressing all facets of health for logistics staff and outdoor workers.

Workplace Massage
R&R Corporate Health have been providing massage services to companies since 1999. The massage service we provide consists of short time frame massage to suit company needs. Our massage service aims to decrease workplace injuries, reduce absenteeism, improve morale, decrease stress, decrease staff turnover and improve recruitment potential.

Methodology
R&R Corporate Health provide all materials required for workplace massage. This includes conventional massage tables, seated massage chair(s) or portable desk head-rests. We co-ordinate a booking schedule for ease of management of the program.
Insurance
R&R Corporate Health Pty Ltd is currently insured to the highest level to provide massage services. All massage therapists employed by R&R Corporate Health Pty Ltd are insured by R&R Corporate Health Pty Ltd and are also required to hold personal insurance.
Personnel
All staff employed by R&R Corporate Health are fully qualified to perform workplace massage. All massage therapists employed by R&R Corporate Health undertake extensive training in the art of clothed/workplace massage.
Frequency
Ongoing programs coordinated by R&R Corporate Health are performed on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on the number of participants. We also provide rejuvenating once-off sessions within the workplace.
