Fee Structure Cost of all consultations are $60/hr or equivalent part of ( eg 1/2hr =$ 30). Massage less than 1 hr incur $5 towel fee

The clinic is at 3 Harkin Ave Mentone 3194 , The clinic room is part of my family home in a quiet treed street creating a quiet, relaxed but professional atmosphere. Working from home also considerably reduces my business costs, a saving that I can pass on to clients in being able to offer very competitive fees.

Naturopathic /Herbal Consultation
A naturopathic consultation objective is to develop a clear picture of your whole (holistic) person. Your lifestyle, nutrition, emotional and physical stresses/wellbeing as well as your health history and current issues. In conjuction with detailed discussion, diagnostic tools such as lab tests, urine tests, fingernail, iris and tongue analysis etc are utilised when appropriate to obtain a full picture. My aim is to help you correct imbalances and obtain wellness, not only at a symptom level but also at a cause level. A simple example of this concept would be a client with hypertension (high blood pressure) a life threatening condition. There are drugs, homeobotanics, herbs, nutritional supplements etc that can reduce hypertension but if my client is overweight, smokes and has a very stressed lifestyle (all causative/risk factors for hypertension) I would be doing them a disservice to just treat the symptoms as if these causative factors are not addressed their condition will require treatment for life, will likely never be fully controlled and they will remain in the at risk catagory. I recommend nutritional and lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, homeobotanics, mineral celloids, flower essences, and herbs,

Remedial Massage will
-Relieve your muscle tension therefore increase movement and reducing discomfort, pain and injury recovery time. I enjoy the challenge of remedial massage and getting results. I have found that gentle pressure will result in comparitable or better results than force and is easier on the clients.
Relaxation massage will
-Treat you to the ultimate body/mind and soul relaxation therapy. Relaxation massage is ideal for giving yourself time out and discovering new levels of relaxation and inner awareness and balance – essential to counteract our modern lifestyles.
