Hi, I'm Ruth, a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Infant Massage Trainer with 10 years experience in the industry. I am health fund accredited and offer concession rates for the elderly, students and children. I am also trained and equiped to treat women through all stages of their pregnancy as well as postnatally.
I specialise in vacuum cupping; which is a painfree technique that stretches and increases circulation to painful muscles, helping to flush out the toxins that cause pain (ie lactic acid) and promote healing.
Cupping is an ideal technique for people who are ticklish, have a low pain threshold or have multiple problem areas. It can be used not only to treat general pain in the back, legs, arms, hands, feet, chest and abdomen, but can also assist with more specific injuries such as:

Infant Massage Courses
This infant massage course will teach you a simple sequence of massage strokes that will help you create a bond with your child that will last a lifetime.

Group Classes
Classes run for one hour, once a week for four weeks at a time and day that suits you.

Book in a group of 4 parents for classes either at your own venue or at my Wentworthville venue and you can receive the course for only $60 per parent.
