I am an Accredited Remedial Massage Therapist, Certificate IV and registered with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

My massage, combined with Reiki energy healing, is nurturing and soothing if you need to relax, and if you have problem areas that are causing tension and discomfort I apply a deeper tissue, remedial technique.

Regular massage improves blood circulation and lymphatic system circulation, assists in the breakdown of scar tissue, relieves tension headaches, helps you sleep and improves your general well-being.

I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher/Practitioner and registered with The Australian Reiki Connection. Reiki is a gentle treatment which heals mind, body and soul. How does Reiki work? Universal energy is channeled via the practitioner to the recipient. This energy flow expands the chakras (energy centres) making them larger and allowing more access for energy to flow naturally throughout the body which enables healing to occur. Regular Reiki treatments strengthen the immune system allowing the body to function normally which enables healing to occur. Reiki increases energy levels, relieves stress and improves your general well-being. Reiki can relax you or make you feel energised and is well-received by babies, children and pets. It is also a calming, relaxing treatment for women throughout pregnancy.The magic combination of Reiki and massage will leave you feeling very relaxed and is a very popular treatment for people suffering anxiety, grief and stress.
