Often we feel that intuition is 'out there' when in fact it is a very natural element found within us. We are all so magical and naturally powerful, all we have to do is to learn how to tune in to our own inner knowing. We feel that there is no better way to do this than through Intuitive Art & Connection to the Earth. Everything we need can be found within. Our heart is always waiting to communicate with us and guide us back to Sacred Balance and our Authentic Self. When we embark upon a path of self-discovery, we begin to make empowered choices, form deeper relationships and engage in meaningful work. Most importantly when we begin to nourish the Soul we automatically tune in to the powerful healing of Earth Energy and the wise teachings of our Animal & Plant guardians.
Mother Earth is our teacher, we follow no religion or dogma. In our practice we open our hearts to the gifts and healings of Earth and her plant and animal guardians. At this time of the rise of the Divine Feminine we encourage you to develop your own spirituality in your own way, time and space in community with like-minded souls.

Once thought of as mysterious, Past Life Regression has now been embraced by counselors and therapists as a tool to heal and assist clients on the Soul’s journey towards awakening and self-empowerment. By exploring past lives, we can bring profound healing and understanding to our current life situations, behaviours and relationships. The Soul never dies. We are all so busy and stressed in this fast-paced world that we often miss messages and hints from our Higher Selves and our Guides. Meditation is one of the most important tools to develop intuition, access creativity and connect us to our Spiritual Centre. In our meditation circles, as well as learning meditation techniques to help you relax you will learn how to activate your own intuitive abilities, open up direct communication with your Guides and develop techniques for grounding & healing as we work to strengthen our chakras, auras & spiritual centre. These circles are open to everyone including people new to meditation.
Each week every person in the group will receive personal readings & healings to help you move forward on your own True Life Path.

The biggest surprise about my past life regression with Julia was the ease with which I regressed. I am not sure what I was expecting but after some simple relaxation techniques and some calm words from Julia I was suddenly in early NSW on a property. My doubts were not of the truth of past life regression but rather my ability, as someone who had next to zero experience in meditation, to go there so easily. When we went further back and saw a life from early days in New Orleans the results of what I remembered were just too coincidental not to be my own memories.
