During a reflexology session:
I can use a combination of knuckle/tool work and deep pressure which will assist the release of your bodies physical tension and light, soothing pressure to assist the release of your emotional stress. This enables the sole, soul, body and mind to be calm and be able to function the best it can naturally.
After a reflexology session:
Reflexology assists your body in maintaining a healthy balance and can aid problems such as back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, tiredness, anxiety, stress, maternity health issues, mental health issues, hormonal imbalances, infertility, digestive issues, asthma, heart problems and many more.
Reflexology is for everyone whether you have a temporary muscle pain or headache or a chronic illness. Each session is tailored with you and for you. I work with a holistic approach with an intention to assist you in achieving a naturally energised, happy, healthy, blissful, relaxed state of being.
30 minutes = $55
60 minutes = $71.50

Melanie has always been fascinated by the complexity of the human body, how it functions, balances and interacts with everything. Working as a medical scientist for over ten years has given Melanie a unique perspective of the structure and function of the human body.
In experiencing different natural therapies Melanie discovered her own natural healing ability and has completed formal training in the art and science of reflexology with the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation (ASRR). Melanie continues to develop a range of different techniques and has completed many post graduate reflexology courses.
These include the Father Joseph Method, Maternity Reflexology and Feet Reading. She continues to work as a reflexologist with Assisting Soles at sacred keys and as teacher of reflexology with the ASRR. Melanie’s true passions in life are reflexology, healing, family and enjoys sharing her skills with everyone.
