Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses a biofeedback technique called "muscle testing" to identify energetic imbalances that can manifest as stress, pain and/or any other kind of imbalance as listed above. Energy channeled through the practitioner’s hands is then used to re-balance the energies in a non-invasive manner.

Kinergetics is the type of kinesiology used by Panayiota and is gentle and non-invasive.

Ongoing sessions help to maintain balance and well-being.

Reiki

Reiki is a compassionate/love healing vibration that promotes the healing of your self or others in relieving pain, nausea, allergies, headaches, colds, flu, tension, sports/work injuries, fatigue, stress, panic attacks, fears, phobias, anxiety, to name but a few.

It works by channeling energy through the practitioners hands during the laying on of hands or in absent healing. It works on three main levels within humans; the physical body, the emotional/mental and the spiritual levels. It raises our consciousness opening us to personal growth, enhancing our perception.

• Reiki is greatly appreciated by animals as well, including cats, dogs, horses, etc.

Reiki Workshops for 2012 ... Brisbane

As a qualified Reiki Master, I hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment while teaching the Usui Traditional Method of Reiki.

To work with Reiki, students must first undergo attunements for each available Reiki level. Attunements open up the flow of Reiki Energy. Once attuned, students are able to channel Reiki by laying on of hands.

Reiki Level One – students undergo four (4) attunements, learn to practice Reiki on themselves and others. While receiving a comprehensive manual, they complete the day with a certificate.

Reiki Level Two – Students must complete Reiki Level One with Panayiota as this is a prerequisite for Reiki Level Two. Here students undergo one attunement plus receive three symbols which help enhance their use of Reiki. Students receive a comprehensive manual with plenty of practice. A certificate completes the day. Students must have completed Reiki Level One at least two months prior to commencing Reiki Level Two.

Reiki Master Level – Reiki Levels One and Two are prerequisites for this workshop. These need to be completed by Panayiota in order to go ahead. During this workshop, students receive their final symbol, the Master Symbol, which not only enhances their Reiki experience, but affords them the opportunity to teach and attune their own students to Reiki themselves.

A commitment to Reiki practice is a must in order for any student to move on to Reiki Master Level. For this reason, Reiki workshops are done in order and following the completion of Reiki Level Two, at least one year commitment and practice, both by way of professional practice as well as Reiki Practice Nights, is required in order to be attuned to the Reiki Master Level. Reiki Master Level workshops are scheduled at Panayiota's discretion.

As you know, Mia is an old cat (15) and she was struggling with several health complications and as a result was on four different types of medication. The complications that arose from having so many different meds in her system had a very bad impact, not only on her health, but on her quality of life.
