Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls -
Each crystal bowl is made of 99.8% silicon quartz. One reason why the pure tones vibrate our body is that it has a natural affinity to quartz. The human body is composed of many crystallite substances. Even on a molecular level, our cells contain silica, which balances our electro-magnetic energies, and this is the same formula as natural quartz crystal.
Tibetan Bowls and Bells -
Singing bowls have such a unique sound as they are made from seven metals - gold, silver, lead, mercury, copper, tin and iron. Singing Bowls can be used as a diagnostic tool. The singing bowl is played over the body and the sound will change where there is stagnant or dense energy.
American Indian Drums -
The Drum is audibly heard and internally felt. Personally hand made it carries the medicine of healing old wounds. The drum is played over your body and gives an internal massage. This is a part of the healing where clients go very deep as their brain waves change into Alpha states.
Rainstick and Rattles -
Beautiful soothing sounds are created by the Rainstick and Rattles.They are fantastic tools for clearing the auric field and channelling light into the energetic bodies.
Harmonic Whirlies -
Beautiful musical instruments that everyone can play! These fun instruments create tones and harmonics that sounds like angels singing. They are specially made certain lengths and diameters to are also made to correspond to the chakra system. Great for clearing, harmonising and energising the energetic bodies.
The Mayan 13 Tones of Creation Energy Chimes -
Energy chimes are individual chime bars mounted on a wooden base block. They emit a pure silvery tone, very rich in high frequency harmonics. The13 Tones of Creation,originating from Mayan Astrology are based on a binary progression of intervals which produce harmonic vibrations unparalleled by the standard musical scales. These individual chime bars are strategically placed and played whilst on the body.

A specialised meditation focusing on the balancing the chakra system using the sound vibrations of the Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

What are the Chakras?
Now most of us are familiar with the basic Chakra system, with the 7 major centres running up the spine to the top of the head. Chakra is a Sanskrit word that translates to “wheel’ or “turning.” These energy centres are like spinning wheels of light, they are vortexes which exist in the etheric layers of the aura and are the major centres where we receive and transmit energies.
These vortexes fan out to the front and back of the body. They can become clogged, they can wobble in their spin, they can stop spinning. Our experiences affect us. Our thoughts, our emotions, our health of body, mind and spirit is reflected in the functioning of these chakras.
Now there are many more chakras than these major 7 that we are familiar with in the West. More chakras are recognized in the lower abdomen, heart and head areas. There are also chakras in the legs, arms, hands and feet, below your feet and above your head. My understanding is that every cell in my body is a chakra; my entire being is receiving and transmitting energy from major energy centres down to the smallest energy centres. I’ve felt this through sound.
This meditation will focus the sound vibrations of the Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to the chakras.
These Crystal Singing Bowls are made from Clear Quartz Crystal. Each one is a different size and therefore emits a different tone or frequency that resonates to the chakra system. The basic model is, starting at the Base Chakra – note C, Sacral – note D, Solar Plexus – note E, Heart – note F, Throat – note G, Third Eye – note A, Crown – note B.
I will guide you through this meditation focusing on one chakra at a time and playing the corresponding bowl to clear and energise each chakra.
* SOUL HARMONICS ORCHESTRA - Live Meditation Music Nights
Renee is part of the Soul Harmonics Orchestra. A group of 6 people with a shared passion for Sound Therapy who come together to play live meditation music once a month.
A deeply relaxing meditative journey connecting you with rhythms of the earth and ethereal sounds of the cosmos.
Live Meditation Music Nights are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Chrysalis Relaxation Centre, Cairns.
The Soul Harmonics Orchestra is also available for weddings, functions, special events, and will possibly travel to other areas to play.

* MANDALA MAGIC
The Mandala is timeless. They have been used for thousands of years in Earths history and eternally through time. Everything is a Mandala – the universe, our solar system, the cycles of the moon, our planet, a birds nest, a flower, our cells, an atom….
The circle is the eternal flow of Cosmic Energy that flows within and without, like the in-breath and the out-breath. It is the pulsating circle of life.
A mandala is a symbol of wholeness. By working with mandalas whether meditating upon them, drawing and/or colouring them, you are working on integrating aspects of yourself and realising your wholeness. When we look at a mandala it resonates with our all-knowing Self, and triggers unity consciousness.
