Yoga is an integrative holistic approach to perfect health. It unites the mind with the body. It harmonizes the networking's of the nervous system into balance that finds its way into our everyday lives.
I have been doing yoga for over 30 years. My school has now been up and running for 6 years. Yoga asanas or exercise strenghen and promote flexibility this helps the body to feel relaxed and calm. Yoga is an intergrated approach to good health. It is wdely recommended by doctors for those that need to release anxiety and stresses from their lives.
All ages are welcome and wheather you are a competent yogini or just a beginner my classes cater for everyone.

People come to my school for their personal self healing. Yoga is a tool that is peaceful and mindful and can be done by anyone.
Iyengar and Hatha yoga is taught. Integrating the pranayama’s, yoga nindra’s and meditation. This combination is essential to good health for the whole body, mind and spiritual self. I hope to see you soon.

Tuesday Yoga: 9.30am - 10.3am
Meditation: 10.30am - 11.00am
Wednesday 6.00pm - 7pm
Friday Yoga: 9.30am - 10.30am
