Aura-Soma Consultation
The journey of self discovery, well-being and self awareness begins. The colour code of the bottles you choose reveals aspects of your personality, your gifts and talents, your present day situation and your potential. You will gain insight into your present day situation and to the pattern of your life story thus far. These colours reveal a deeper part of you and can give important messages, reveal challenges and opportunities. At the completion of the consultation certain products will be recommended. These bottles and their contents are an important part of the process, as they will assist in the promotion of inner/outer balance in your life, personal growth, and transformation.
Each bottle is filled with living energy – the energy of colour, herbal extracts, essential oils, gems and crystals. These energies have been combined in a holistic way according to vibration – colour and light being the key that links them together.

Aura-Soma Beamer Light Pen focuses the energies of colour into the sensitive areas of the body eg. Chakras, meridians, acupuncture points and the subtle energy fields around the body. The body's natural intelligence is awakened, emotional tension patterns are released, a deep sense of peace is brought about, relaxation and self recognition attained.. Supports the flow of Chi (energy) around the body.
Bowen Treatment The Bowen Technique is a very gentle form of natural healing. Its relatively few, gentle “moves” over muscle and other soft tissue address the whole body, stimulating it to reset and heal itself. The healing may occur at all levels as needed: physical, chemical, emotional, mental, energetic etc. A Bowen session consists of several series of gentle moves (with frequent important pauses between these moves) through light-weight clothing (or on skin). The client usually lies on a massage table or, for comfort in a chair. However, Bowen can be done anywhere. A session may last from fifteen minutes to an hour. Most often, a surprisingly few sessions are needed to alleviate complaints, whether structural or functional, even if long-standing. And the results hold for a long time, generally until there is a re-injury. The most common reaction to Bowen is a deep sense of overall relaxation and a lessening of muscular tension and pain. These result from the body’s balancing and improved flow of internal energy. The restorative process begins once the body is relaxed. It is common for people to fall asleep during a session.
Conditions that have been shown to respond include:
Back pain – lower, upper, mid-back, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, jaw pain, neck pain- restricted range of motion, sciatica, groin tension or pain
Also useful for:
ADD/ADHD, colic in infants, headaches, including migraines, hiatus hernia, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, respiratory problems- including asthma, rehabilitation after stroke, some cardiovascular problems
The Bowen Technique is so gentle that it can be used to treat babies through to the elderly. Bowen addresses the entire body holistically.

Everything in our universe resonates with energy. Classical Feng Shui is a sister science to Acupuncture with a 5000 year history of improving lives. As Acupuncture uses needles to correct imbalances in your body’s energies, Feng Shui uses the 5 elements of nature (fire, earth, metal, water, wood) to remedy sabotaging energies or enhance supportive energies in the building where you spend most of your time. Catherine will analyse the energy flow of your home space and help you develop strategies for influencing negative space and enhancing positive positioning. The flow of energy in your space is critical to your health, relationships and personal success.

After having had Bowen Therapy treatments with Catherine for some time and finding them to be hugely beneficial, I became more interested in Aura-Soma that Catherine talked about and offered.
I first experienced Aura-Soma combined with the Bowen. I found it was the perfect final touch at the end of a great Bowen Therapy treatment. I always seemed to leave the treatment feeling balanced physically, emotionally and mentally. I generally felt that I had clearer direction and was at a deep peace within myself. At 20 years of age, and after numerous Physiotherapy and Remedial treatments, I still had unexplained aches and pains throughout my back and body. I decided to try Bowen Therapy as an alternative 'holistic' approach. After one treatment with Catherine I could feel a HUGE difference in the way my body moved and the way my muscles felt. Unlike modern day treatments, Bowen Therapy did not hurt and I did not find myself in ridiculous amounts of pain throughout the treatment. Instead, I was dozing in and out of sleep, this non abrasive treatment did not hurt and allowed your muscles to relax and not clench up whilst being treated. I always feel great after the session, but more importantly I feel great weeks after my session!
Once I had started recieving treatment from Catherine, she suggested I try colour therapy (Aura Soma). This was and still is one of the best pieces of advice I have been given. By discovering my own colours Aura Soma has allowed me to discover strengths that I did not know I had, help me with challenges, but most importantly turned my possibilities into reality!
From being unemployed for 9 months to being in a managerial position in my chosen field has been fantastic!!
