Can anyone be hynotised?
The fact is, some people are easier than others and some less responsive, but everyone can be hypnotised if they really want to. People with schizophrenia or anyone with psychotic conditions should not be hypnotized and would need referral from their doctor
How many sessions will it take?
Depending on the issue, but in general two to three sessions. Individuals differ and some conditions may require more.
Am I aware of what is happening?
Yes Hypnosis is not sleep, you will be in a detached state of awareness.
Is it safe?
Yes, extremely safe. Hypnosis is not a new age modality as some people think. It has been around for centuries. It is drug free and very effective. Hypnosis is now used by Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Dentists.
How long will the session last?
Allow one hour and a half for the first session, and an hour for every one after that.
It is covered by Medicare or Private Insurance?
It is not covered by Medicare, as it is not a medical procedure. You will need to check with your health fund, as some companies refund on the top cover insurance level.
