The benefits you will experience are tension release, lowering of heart rate and blood pressure. Over time, many participants attain spiritual insights.
Group meditation will also contribute to you attaining deeper meditation experiences. The energy of the group supports the individual's journey. You will also experience being part of a bigger picture as your awareness levels increase.

Meditation & Reiki Share Healing Night
These gatherings will provide opportunities to practice and receive Reiki & spiritual healings. An opportunity to experience peace and relaxation healing opportunities for members of the community. What is Reiki? Reiki is a non-invasive spiritual, energy practice that promotes relaxation. Recipients find that they are better able to manage chronic illness and at times problematic physical symptoms ease or disappear. Reiki assists one to ease fears and anxieties.
Reiki is more than a methodology. It is also a philosophy encouraging students of Reiki to live an harmonious and spiritual life for the whole of life. This commitment and dedication adds to the abilities of a Reiki practitioner.
As a member of the Australian Reiki Connection, the Reiki Association of Australia and also registered with the Association of Australian Reiki Professionals the Reiki practice and teachings are delivered in accordance with the Lineage of the Mikao Usui traditions.
Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Reiki - 1st Degree Course will take you to another level of awareness and personal healing........
In this two day course you will learn the history of Reiki. You will be able to learn how to use Reiki on self, family, pets and friends. Learn methods that will restore calm when faced with challenge. The attunements for this degree will nourish the heart.

This two day course will take you to the industry recognized practitioner level. You will learn how diverse the spiritual practice of Reiki is. Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Reiki - the Master Teacher Course is a journey of Self-Mastery......................
You will learn how to integrate the Reiki symbols during your journey of self-mastery. Whilst this course is self - paced it is intensive and requires commitment and dedication to your journey. As a student you will assist in Reiki attunements and contribute to the Reiki story.
The course duration is generally 6 to 9 months, however, the student-teacher relationship is perpetual and commences when the student is ready.

Meditation Facilitator Course
This facilitator programme runs for a duration of 9 weeks and commences when the student is ready.
You will be exposed to various styles of meditation as you learn how to confidently plan, prepare and conduct meditation groups.

Communicate with your Spiritual Guides & Teachers
Communicate with Spiritual Teachers & Guides class will have you receive and deliver spiritual teachings and messages of the highest vibration. Learn how to commune with your guides and spiritual teachers receiving wisdom and insights when communicating with the Spiritual Realm in a safe, supportive and informal environment. You will learn about the various realms and how experiences vary in relation to these realms. You will participate in various tasks that will prepare you to channel. Methods are simple and easy to use. This class is an opportunity to heighten your innate abilities which will influence how you relate within all that you do.

Channel Wisdom Circle in ORMOND
This is a circle of like minded people who channel insights in response to the current need. The circle also acts as a healing force for the planet. Every Monday 10am till 12pm. Conducted at QI New Age Shop & Healing Centre.

The Attention on Intention© programme is for those who consciously or conscientiously hold space for others for lengthy periods of time. Your awareness will be taken to another level which will heighten your skills.
Learn how the Past, Present and Future are realms that affect you. Although being present seems relatively simple you will learn how your relationship with the past and future determines how you limit your potential. Once you become the master of your past you will have a totally different aspect with the future whilst remaining present. A powerful position to be in when supporting and inspiring others.
