Philosophy
You and Everyone is completely unique. There is no such thing as “one size fits all “in healing. By working with your bio-feedback system, your body can direct its own healing. I “listen” and respond. My aim is to discover, and gently remove any impedances, to restore your health, confidence and potential, and…to re-ignite your excitement at being alive!

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Eastern medical theory unites our physical and metaphysical worlds, and recognizes the natural environmental influences which affect our physical and also mental health. That all is connected . In the West, we have been conditioned to trust the restoration of our health to others who are trained to look at one bit at a time and separate one system from another…testing everything in isolation and often relying on prescribing artificial chemicals that retard function, when things get out of control.
In my work, I have learned to trust the knowledge and wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I believe that our physical signs of good health are linked to our emotional stability and that the causes of ill health, whether mental or physical are often buried deep within, trapped in the many layers of our lifetimes experiences. We need to find the root causes and to weed them all out and not just cut back the apparent symptoms.
Sfef Kinesiology can swiftly detect any destructive elements that make your body to seize up resulting in dis-ease and dis-stress. The Sfef method painlessly weeds out those causes and swiftly restores the natural flow of your precious energy systems allowing your body and mind the freedom to heal as it is designed to do.
Namikoshi Shiatsu is gentle hands on ‘acu’pressure , through the muscles to stimulate each nerve ganglion each side of the spine, stimulating all nerve,nutritional and cleaning systems to clear toxins from each and every part of your weary body. (It is like a very pleasant form of ‘acu’puncture it stimulates your meridians which in turn work to balance your whole body)
Facial Blyss is part of the Sfef “umbrella of therapies”. Facial Blyss relaxes nurtures and rejuvenates your entire body through the gentlest of neck and face massage.
What can I expect at the SFEF Centre ?
A quiet environment, and respectful, confidential treatment.
Approximately 5-15 minutes of discussion and a up to an hour of treatment, where you lie on a massage table and relax whilst I work quietly around you testing and correcting as I go.
WHAT DO I WEAR ?
Warm/cool comfortable clothes preferably in natural fibres.
COSTS ?
