ABOUT SHARON
Sharon is a truely holistic therapist, using her vast experience to work compassionately and congruently on all levels -mind, body and soul.
Sharon is a Senior Accredited Journey Therapist,: qualified Naturopath: Holistic Counsellor and Remedial Massage Therapist. Having gained the Diploma of Health Educator at I.H.M.N. Naturopathic College in Paris, Sharon went on to become a fully qualified naturopath through Nature Care College in Sydney in 1994.

"This in turn led me on a deeper search of what it is that creates real healing and true wholeness in our lives.
After a chance meeting with Brandon Bays in 1999, I was inspired to experience The Journey. It was then that my real healing began and for the first time I opened into the essence of my true self. I found tools to clear out any blocks or limitations that obscure this truth, and it is my prayer and intention to support others to do the same, and live their lives in the wholeness and joy of their true potential."

THE JOURNEY
This extraordinary inner journey allows you to access the deepest part of yourself ...your source, your soul, and lets it guide you to uncover the root cause of both your physical and emotional issues, and open into the boundless joy of who you really are.
Adults and children alike, we all have issues we feel limited or trapped by. It may be a simle feeling that there must be more to life, or as debiltating as depression or a serious illness. If not delt with healthily, we carry these issues our whole life, and we experience life through the lens of this supressed pain.
The journey is a step-by-step means to get to the root cause of such issues, whether they happened 50 years ago or yesterday, and resolving them - setting yourself free to live as a full expression of your true self.
Sharon is the facilitator of "Liberating your Child's Shining Potential" workshop, which is one of the compulsory courses at the full Journey practitioner programme run by Brandon Bays.


THE JOURNEY FOR KIDS
Sharon is the facilitator of the Junior Journey Workshops, Teen Journey Workshops and Parent Workshops in Australia and New Zealand.
The Junior Journey, designed by Brandon Bays, is a fun-filled day of transformtion for 5-7, 8-11 and 11-15 year olds. It will give your child the experience of their own limitless potential and let it shine onto all areas of their life - social, academic, creative, sporting...
The Junior Joureny includes self-expression, role-plays, fun activities, guided visualisations and private Journey work. The children learn to express emotions in a healthy, healing way, letting go of limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.

HOLISTIC COUNSELLING
Sharon provides a safe environment to explore issues and life challenges that may be limiting you from living as your authentic self. Releasing limiting and restrictive patterns, allows us to be "real" with ourselves, and brings self-awareness, confidence, and inner joy into our lives.
Sharon uses various techniques in her counselling sessions according to the individual needs each session, ie focusing,voice dialogue, psychosynthesis, gestalt, emotional release massage etc.
The sessions are supported and enhanced when appropriate by the profound depth and spiritual opening of Journeywork, physical bodywork with remedial massage, and naturopathic treatments (herbs, nutrition, supplements)if physical imbalance and deficiencies are impeding healing.


NATUROPATHY
Sharon has been practising naturopathy since the early 90's, and uses non-invasive healing methods to improve overall health and wellbeng.
A naturopathic consutation includes a thorough assessment of overall health and imbalances, and includes:

NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE
Thorough dietary counsellng and appropriate supplements according to individual needs. Educating clients to "listen to " and work with their bodies is a top priority.

HERBAL MEDICINE
Detox and restore health and harmoy in the whole body usng the nurturing, healing properties of herbs.

IRIDOLOGY
Determine constitution and underlying trends that may be contributing to ill-health.

BACH FLOWERS
Enhance the healing physical properties of herbs with an emotional balance.

MASSAGE
Massage has profound healng effects on all levels. Sharon has been working with various massage techniques since the eighties, and uses these as either a stand alone therapy, or incorporating massage with other modalities ie naturopathy, holistic counselling, Journeywork ...as appropriate to each client.Sharon uses the following massage techniques:
