As a TCM Practitioner I would like to advice you on the impotence of drinking water seeing that Water does retain and transfer information and its molecular structure allows it to act as transmitter and receptor of the both chemical and vibrational information. It acts as a medium to help nutrient to diffuse to the cells, without it life is not possible. We are only just beginning to learn or re-learn about water’s role in transmitting electromagnetism and starting to re-knowledge the importance of electricity and magnetism for health, something that earlier system of knowledge just knew.
Drinking water for health- Start a day with a glass of water. This flushes out your kidneys and detoxifies your system.
- Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Drink filtered water “the healthier the water the easier it is for your body to use”.
- Don’t eat if you aren’t hungry. Drink a glass of water instead.
- Learn to recognize what your body is telling you, if you suffer from headache, stomachache, fatigue or any common disorder try to drink a glass of water before you reach for a proprietary medicine.
- Drink a glass of water half an hour before you eat.
- We absorb water through our food, so eat organically grown food, its water content will not be contaminated.
- Drink a glass of water if you feel stressed or anxious. This can help the body fluids to flow smoothly, and can help calm you down.
- Eat sensibly, be aware of good intestinal hygiene; your liver needs to filter out and destroy any bacteria or viruses in the food and drinks that you take in, so drink plenty of fresh water and avoid overdosing in processed foods.
- Avoid too much tea, coffee or alcohol. On occasions when you do overindulge in any of them, drink much more water to compensate.
- End the day with a glass of water.
