Reiki Therapy
Peace, Relief & Renewal
Reiki is the beautiful therapy of touch healing. Reiki therapy gives a deep sense of well-being by relaxing your body; calming your mind and comforting your spirit.

As the practitioners’ hands rest gently upon, or just above the fully clothed body, Reiki will assist in opening the flow of your 'chi' energy pathways by easing you into a soothing meditative state.
Reiki will reawaken your body’s natural ability to heal itself from its own fundamental place of deep peace, positivity and rejuvenation.

Reiki Teaching is available for Reiki 1, Reiki 2
and Master/Teacher.
Learning Reiki is a good starting point for experiencing our own natural healing energy and deepening our awareness of universal energy.

Louise is qualified to teach Reiki 1; Reiki 2 and Master/Teacher Attunements. Individual and group workshops are available by appointment.
Please contact Louise if you would like to learn Reiki in a personal friendly workshop held for 1-4 students, at the cosy Shine On-Creative Energy Studio.

The Reiki 1 Workshop includes four Reiki 1 Attunements; practising and applying the techniques and skills of Reiki; learning the general principles and history of Reiki. You will receive a student manual; formal Reiki 1 certificate; lunch & drinks.
At a later date there will be opportunities for ongoing practise and support.

Creative Energy Course
Awaken, Create & Imagine
Learn how to use collage and simple meditation techniques to unlock your natural creative energy. In the Creative Energy Course we will discover the symbolic meaning of our compositions as a guide towards awakening our full creative expression.
Materials and magazines will be provided to tear & cut out our inspirational images. You may wish to bring along your own images or photos that inspire you.
This experience can unearth something creative, profound and powerful
from within us.

Time: Mondays, 9:00am -12pm.
Fee: $180.00 (3 hr session/ 6 week term)

Creative Energy Course. Stage 2
Develop, Create & Grow
Creative Energy, Stage 2 is available for students who have completed the Stage 1 program and wish to develop a deeper understanding of the Creative Energy process. We will begin to see our life growing positively towards our own personal creative pathway's.
Materials and course notes will be provided to support your creative progress.

Time: Mondays, 1:00pm -4:00pm.

Open, Expand & Nurture
Creative Energy, Stage 3 is less structured, self directed sessions for the ongoing development of your own personal creative projects.

Time: Thursdays, 11:00am -2:00pm.

Journaling
Reflect, Connect & Achieve
Through a series of prompts you will be guided to discover the joys and pleasures of finding your own personal way to record your life.
Learn how to write about your life experiences so that you can clarify your future goals and track your own unique creative achievements.

Bring along a journal, colourful pens and pencils.

Time: Tuesdays, 1:00pm -3:00pm.
Fee: $160.00 (2 hr session/ 8 week term)

Acrylic Painting
Fast, Fun & Easy
Paint and unwind by the ocean. Weather permitting, these classes are held out of doors, Plein Air style.
Aimed as fun confidence building sessions for beginners, this class is also suitable if you just wish to recharge your forgotten brushes.
Bring paints, brushes and canvases.

$200.00 (3 hr session/ 8 week term)
