Simon will use any of the following modalities in each session, depending on what challenges you are moving through and what is needed for the session:
Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT
This is an incredibly profound technique that allows you to release emotion from the body in just minutes, without having to relive the painful memories! This technique is also fantastic for working with addictive urges and behaviours.
Simon also teaches EFT.
Program for Enlightenment - God-Self Healing
This modality is used for many things, but I mainly use it to change beliefs. Deep seated negative beliefs can be changed in minutes, leading to profound changes in behaviour and am uch more positive and centered outlook on life.
Simon developed and teaches Program for Enlightenment.
Orion Theta Healing
This is a fantastic modality that is great for working with many challenges, but I mainly use it for belief work. Although I still can use this modality, I now mostly use God-Self Healing because I find it to be much more powerful and energetically balanced.
Simon also teaches Orion Theta Healing.
Counselling Skills
The most effetive modalities are only going to produce results if they are applied to the right problems in the right way. Simon uses a combination of counselling skills learned fom NLP, Psychology, as well as years of healing and workshop facilitation experience.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be used for many things from quitting smoking to losing weight. Simoin mainly uses it in light trance work, helping to resolve conflicts at the subconscious level, as well as to facilitate shifts values.
Tailored Meditations
Simon has over 10 years of experience in teaching and writing meditations, and can provide you with a range of meditations to assist with your healing process in between sessions.
Simon also teaches a number of meditation courses.
Intuitive Energy Work
Combining Reiki, Flower of Life meditations as well as trainign received in other modalities, Simon's Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions allow the most appropriate energy to come through for cleansing, energising and centering your energy work. These sessions also compliment the other modalities that are used in a healing session.
Simon also teaches Energy Healing.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle healing art, allowing healing energy to flow through the practitioner to where the client needs the energy the most. Simon has been trained in a number of different Reiki traditions, including The Radiance Technique, Usui Reiki, Tibetan Reiki (to Master Level) and Seichim (to Master level).
Simon also teaches this modality (Tibetan Reiki).
NeuroLinguistic Programming
NLP is a range of techniques from more effective communication skills to a range of personal development and healing tools. Simon uses these seamlessly thoughout his sessions to increase the effectiveness of the other modalities he uses.
