Chiropractic is based on the fact that every cell and every activity in the body is controlled by the brain, spinal cord and nerves.
The skull, the spinal bones and the pelvis provide protection and support for these nerves which transmit vital information to all of the cells in your body.
A Chiropractor detects and corrects any area of dysfunction in these structures that interferes with the nerve supply. This dysfunction is called a Vertebral Subluxation. By correcting these Subluxations, a Chiropractor gently restores normal function to the nervous system, so that the body is better able to function and heal itself.
Our Chiropractors use a variety of techniques to correct nervous system interference. The technique chosen will depend on the age and condition of each patient and an understanding of any treatment preferences you may have.
