Regina has been involved in Natural Therapies for the past ten years creating a totally unique approach by using a variety of modalities, which include Synergisitc Cranio Sacral Reflexology, Ayurvedic using the traditional Kasa Bowls, also Endocrine Chakra Balance, Metamorphosis, Colour and Crystal Therapies.
When Energy Pathways are blocked, it is generally experienced as pain, stiffness or other symptoms of disease. Without action, the body becomes weaker, de-sensitises and its innate ability to heal slows down. By releasing physical and emotional tension, reflexology naturally promotes elimination of toxins, increases resilience to environmental changes, and restores and maintains optimal energy levels.

HARMONIC SOUNDING WORKSHOPS
The Harmonics of the voice vibrate releasing ‘prana’ from the chakras restoring balance to our entire resonating field. Connecting with everything that is in harmony the mystical harmonics of the angelic voice open up the sacred geometry of the soul. Prana is a Sanskrit word that essentially means “energy” or “life force,” but these definitions do not quite do justice to the word. Prana is also associated with breath, although air itself is not prana; rather, breathing can be used to focus and control prana as part of a spiritual practice.

Aligning the Chakras through the Feet
Reflexology is an extremely powerful tool when it comes to aligning the Chakras of the entire body.
The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word for "wheel" or disk" and originated within the philosophy of the ancient yoga systems of India. A chakra is a spinning vortex of energy created within us by the interpenetration of consciousness and the physical body.
Through this combination, chakras become centers of activity for the reception, assimilation and transmission of life energies. Taking the original meaning of the word chakra one step further, the chakras within us can be seen as our internal "floppy disks" that store our programming about how to function in life. When a chakra is closed, the life force energy cannot travel through that part of the body, and one might say that the programming in that chakra is locked in a restrictive pattern.
Chakras have a very positive effect on the mind and body, and for maximum health it is very important to keep these chakras open, unblocked and in balance with each other. Energy that enters the body through these chakras is directed to where it is needed in the body and so is able to promote healing. Once these blockages are released this naturally opens the door to our creativity and enables us to reawaken and align our spirits to the true potential of our souls journey.
Metamorphic Reflexology
These sessions are an extremely subtle healing method, which evolved from Reflexology, through the work of Robert St John, a well-known Naturopath during the 1960’s he discovered that he could bring about significant changes by using what he termed “Metamorphosis”.
Every cell that makes up our bodies and minds holds memories of our experiences not only from our child hood but going right back through our time in the womb to the moment we were conceived. When an experience affects us strongly, the thoughts, emotions and beliefs connected to that memory can set up energy patterns in which we become 'stuck'. In a sense, they keep us stuck in the past.
Activated through reflex points in the feet, hands and head, Metamorphosis creates a balance in our physical, emotional and behavioural responses bringing harmony and well being to our lives.
