My intent and purpose is to support people who seek to create a healthy lifestyle through change of perspective and routine. With the use of Reiki and Liquid Crystals, you will learn more about yourself by way of releasing negative blocks in physical or subconscious form and replacing them with positive energy providing love, care and trust.
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique done with the gentle touch of hands. The greatest healing benefits of Reiki are stress reduction and relaxation, each triggering your body’s natural healing abilities, improving and maintaining health.
The healing art of this hands-on technique channels universal energy through the practitioner’s hands as they are guided over you to clear negative energies and emotions from your body, creating calmness and peace within and restoring balance to spirit, mind and body.
Because it is wholistic in effect, Reiki can support you in finding your way back to a state of health and wholeness. It reaches all levels of existence and strives to bring these differing levels into a state of balance. To benefit from this wonderful life force, you only need to be open and willing to receive the energy.
I offer Reiki teaching to students willing to learn to become a practitioner and teacher for Levels 1, 2 and 3. Classes can be taught one-on-one or in class sizes of up to four students.
Classes are taught over a weekend. Level 1 is taught in one day and may take 5-6 hours. Levels 2 and 3 are taught separately for two days on a weekend.
