Your initial appointment assists us to get to know you, discuss your needs and then discuss your options and recommend the most appropriate treatment. We suggest you arrive 10 minutes early for your initial appointment to fill in your forms. Most treatments and modalities can be easily 'fused' with other techniques to ensure a successful treatment. This is where we created our fusion therapy process. Fusion therapy can assist in all manner of illness and issues in a person life, including, relief from stress; life imbalance; chronic diseases; depression; PTSD, oncology; rehabilitation; terminally ill; sleeping disorders; age issues; sports, posture, weight loss, reproductive issues, children and teenage anxiety and pain reduction.

DEFINITIONS OF MODALITIES
💧Remedial massage - Systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
💧Myofascial Release - Manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body.
💧Massage Therapy - is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being.
💧Lymphatic Massage - designed to work in conjunction with your Lymph glands to cleanse and unblock overworked Glands due to surgery or injury.
