WHAT IS NATUROPATHY ?
Naturopathic philosophy seeks to find the underling course of disease, and is used as a preventative medicine were weakness is found. By supporting and strenghening the body this increases vitality and restores and maitains general health and wellbeing. Iridology is used as a method to check body function the strenghs and weakness's within the body system. Enhancing assimilation and elimination are area's that are of upmost importance for a healthy system. Detoxification processes are used with supportive nutrition. Naturopathy supports the wholebeing physically, emotionally and mentally.

In my experience when you are unwell you often need to look at the emotional connection in order to get a complete resolve for the condition However in some cases it really is, just the medical condition that is present. that needs support. My skills as a Naturopath, Herbalist,and Energy Healer allows me to make an assessment for the best result for your recovery.As well as support your body' nutritionally with herbal tonics nutrients and gentle exercise. You should treat your body like a temple and with the same sacred regard.
Within our body"s cells we store the memory's of our experience's in life some minor, some major occasionally traumatic, You need to transform these memory's so you are able to move forward in life to achieve your full potential.There are many ways to help with this transformation, spiritual healing / reiki can facilitate a connection to your subcontious mind to aid understanding and resolve around the issue which troubles you.
As you release old trauma's different organs in our body which relate to the emotional component often need nutritional and herbal support. Also at this time a nurturing touch such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy /Intuitive massage can be very affective for supporting the whole body system.

I have been in practice for a considerable number of years, I relocated to Sydney after having a successful practice in Perth W.A. As a Naturopathic practitioner with a background in reiki and spiritual healing. I consider the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of my patients paramount to improving any physical ailmemt chronic or acute that may arise in the individual.
During the initial consult I consider all aspects of your physical and emotional health.Looking for the causative factors involved,taking into consideration presenting symptoms, personal and family medical history,diet and lifestyle.Diagnostic tools include iridology,tongue,face and nail analysis.

WHAT IS IRIDOLOGY ?
Iridology is the study of the iris, your eye,s are unique to you. Your right eye shows what you have genetically inherited ie: strenghs and weakness within tissue,organs and body chemistry.Your left iris shows how you have looked after yourself ie: poor diet, drug/alcohol abuse.
Within the iris a skilled iridologist can not only see physical indications, but also the emotional components to the body's disharmony. The purpose of iridology is to evaluate the above imformation so a health program can be established to support the body were there are weakness,congestion and disharmony.Thus helping prevent potential ailments to occur.
I studied iridology for 2 yrs at Perth Academy of NaturalTherapies in W.A. I have qualified as an iridologist. I have also studied with Toni Miller of the college of IRIS (iridology research & integrated subjects) Toni is internationally renowed for her knowledge and advancements in iridology
CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND BATH / INTUITIVE MASSAGE.
WHAT TO EXPECT.
Your massage will start with a "crystal bowl sound bath" the vibrational sound of the bowls, will balance the chakra's, clear and cleanse your auric field.
The massage is therapeutic & nurturing in nature using a soft tissue massaging technique,were area's that are tight and congested a firmer pressure can be used if you wish. Whilst massaging I will observe your skins health,colour & texture.The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and plays a major part in your body's health. The colour of your skin can indicate disharmony in an organ, such as the liver, or another organ. As I continue the massage I use my intuition to pick up your emotional health, and the health of all your body's functions.
I incorparate a short foot massage at the end of the body massage,as this aids in stimulating all your internal organs. Finally I finish of the massage with the "heart chakra F sharp bowl". By this time you will be in a beautiful peaceful relaxed space,refreshed and renewed.
WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY ?
Reflexology has been in existence for cenuries. Many cultiures practised it ie: Chinese, Egyptians, Indians, and Europeans.The foot has over 7,000 nerve endings making the foot most responsive. Your entire body is reflected in the feet, organs can be stimulated: nervous system calmed, immune & elimination processes improved. Once chosen these bottles of essences are then placed one by one on the grown area of the head whilst you are lying down.The practitioner writes down your reaction and sensations to the placement of the essences, once the problematic issue is no longer able to be recalled, then these essences on combined into a bottle for you to take untll finished.

CHAKRA TUNED "SINGING" CRYSTAL BOWLS
The crystal bowls are made from quartz crystal, each bowl is tuned to a particular chakra.The tone of the crystal bowl produce a vibrational sound field which resonates the light body chakra and corresponding physical area. The purity of the crystal sound acts as an ossilator,magnifying and transmitting pure tone,thus rebalancing the whole body system every organ, cell, tissue, chakra and aura.The sound vibration also assists releasing negative spirit attachments. The bowls are used at the end of a Healing , Intuitive massage, Reflexology or Flower essence treatment.
WHAT IS EAR CANDLING ?
Ear candling has been around for centuries the Hopi Indians are most know for this. The ear candle is made of cloth and wax, the idea is the hollow tube when lit softens the wax in the ear and the flame causes a gentle suction drawing out the wax. The treatment is done with the patient lying down on there side each ear takes about 20 minutes. Once the candle gets to acertain lengh it is gentley removed the ear is wiped with a cotten bud and the whole ear is softly massage.The treatment is very relaxing, is not painful in any way.
