traditional bodywork is a combination of tuina anmo [chinese massage], acupuncture, moxibustion [heat], cupping [suction], and qigong [traditional exercise therapies]. it can be used to treat a wide range of acute and chronic muscular skeletal conditions such as sports or occupationally induced injuries, disorders and pain. in addition arthritis, gout, myalgia myofascial pain and headaches are responsive to these traditional methods.
