EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques

ABOUT NELLE
I love helping people and I worked as a teacher and a librarian before coming to realise that healing was my true calling. I have always been deeply interested in psychology and did in fact begin studies in counselling but, having experienced NLP for the first time in 1991, my mind was opened to the amazing possibilities of this exciting new modality.

While traditional “talk” therapies are useful, I’ve personally found NLP, EFT and hypnotherapy to bring about rapid yet profound and lasting change. These changes often manifest in improved physical health as well as their positive effects on attitudes, mood and motivation.

Like you, I have had my own challenges with my health, battling asthma all my life and more recently suffering Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I can honestly say that NLP dramatically improved my asthma (to the point where I no longer need a nebuliser) and, with regard to the PTSD, that EFT saved my life!

ThetaHealing has impacted on my other modalities in amazing and delightful ways, adding to the richness, depth and speed of change experienced by clients. Theta has allowed my consciousness to expand and I now find my clairvoyant readings are so much more accurate. I am forever grateful for Theta coming into my life.
