Over the past 27 years I have been able to help many people with pain and discomfort arising from restricted mobility, compromised nerve function (e.g. Sciatica), headaches, muscle inflammation and soreness. These conditions may arise from any area of the musculo-skeletal system (e.g. neck, back, shoulders, hip, knee etc.)
Diagnostic experience is paramount. Differentiation of other possible underlying causes of pain must always be kept in mind.
Consultations are of 1 hour duration. It is amazing what further information comes to light by spending the extra time with each patient. After all the goal is to achieve pain relief as quickly and safetly as possible.
Treatment protocol includes all or as a combination of the following:
- Case history and diagnosis
- Massage
- Manipulative therapy
- Soft tissue techniques
- Nutritional advice
It goes without saying that the treatment is geared to the individuals needs
