Stef offers a vast background of knowledge and experience including working with clients to help resolve issues with depression, fertility and conception, miscarriages, being overweight, unhealthy relationships, self-destructive patterns and cycles, dissatisfaction with job and career, inability to reach goals and dreams, fear of success or failure, sexual abuse, being disempowered, family tension, and divorce and separation. She also offers experience in massage with relaxation, pregnancy, Swedish, injuries, rehabilitation, remedial and sports.

Relationships
Stef is really passionate about helping people create long lasting, fun loving and balanced relationships. She understands that whilst we often look outside of ourselves to fulfil our inner needs through relationships, the most important relationship is with ourselves. When we have a loving, understanding and respectful relationship with ourselves, we can then use this a blue print to create this in our external world and live life a gorgeous partner who respects, understands loves us unconditionally.

Self-destructive Patterns and Beliefs
Stef helps you to understand and take responsibility for self-destructive behaviours and patterns that you have created in your life. When you can understand why a destructive pattern or cycle exists within your life, then you have the power, knowledge and wisdom to transform this behaviour into ways of being that support you rather than undermine you.

Reaching Your Inner Potential
Stef loves assisting people to realise and achieve their inner potential. In Australia, we have grown as a country from a colony of convicts and right throughout our lives we have been familiar with ‘The Tall Poppy Syndrome’ amongst other self-defeating patterns as a society. People often find it easier and less confronting to not aim for and achieve their greatest desires for the fear of being outcast by society for their success. Stef helps you embrace and find the inner strength and wisdom to live your dreams and whilst doing so allowing others to do the same.

Marianne Williamson’s “Return to Love” (below) is one of Stef’s favourite pieces of literature as it opens up the possibility of the glory that is held within each of us. It is this glory and opportunity that lies within each of us, that Stef feels excitement about helping her clients find and create as their reality. Often people settle for so much less than their dreams as they don’t feel worthy or comfortable having what they truly desire. Stef can help you break through these inhibiting habits and belief systems so you can embrace the life you dream of.

Belief Systems
Many people are stuck believing that they are a product of the genes that they inherited from their parents. This can leave people feeling disempowered and without control over their lives. Stef uses the teachings of Bruch Lipton, author of ‘The Biology of Belief’ to help you understand that your belief system establishes the environment that your cells grow and multiply within and it is in fact your belief system that affects the behaviour of your cells and your health rather than the genes that you inherited from your parents. With this knowledge, you have the ability to create whatever state of health you desire within your body and you have all of the necessary tools to do this right now. Stef is really passionate about helping people to understand their current belief systems and helping clients change these beliefs to have optimum health and harmony within their body and their lives.

Hands On Healing
Stef is a hands on healer who channels light and energy through her body to assist people to transform states of energy within their body that no longer serve them. Often when people feel unsafe or unsure of how to express certain emotions, feelings and thoughts, these energy states become trapped within the body. The trapped or stagnant energy can cause physical, emotional or mental blockages that prohibit the person from living and experiencing life at an optimum level. Stef can help you unlock and transmute this energy into a higher vibration of energy that creates wellbeing and inner peace. Stef connects with and uses the angelic realm and ascended masters to assist in healing and gaining messages of insight, love, wisdom and understanding for her clients.

Crystals
Stef also incorporates a number of tools into her healing and transformation work including crystals, oracle cards and essences. Crystals are amazing healing tools that can be used to help change the vibration and increase the energy flow within a person. Crystals can help transform stagnant energy within the body and restore inner balance and harmony.

Oracle Cards
Stef uses Oracle Cards to gather more information around certain circumstances or experiences within a client’s life. Through the use of Oracle Cards Stef can provide insight, wisdom and understanding to assist people to easily move forward with their journey integrating their life lessons from their experiences.

Australian Bush Flower Essences and Heavenly Rose Essences
The Australian Bush Flower Essences and Heavenly Rose Essences are utilised by Stef during sessions and prescribed to clients to take between sessions to ensure ongoing healing. The Essences act as catalysts to help resolve a vast range of negative states within the body and surrounding energy fields. The Essences heal by bringing a person into emotional, mental and spiritual harmony. They aim to allow people to get in touch with their higher selves and develop a strong connection to their own intuition.

Chakras
Stef works with chakras utilising the Egyptian Chakra Healing System. The Egyptian Chakra Healing System incorporates 13 chakras within the body rather than 7 chakras as prescribed in the Indian Chakra System. This gives a more complete understanding of the energy centres within the body and through this system greater results of balancing the chakras and energy within the body can be achieved.

Massage Therapy
Stef is also a massage therapist with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Stef practises relaxation, Swedish, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy, injury specific and remedial massage. She incorporates Chinese Cupping into her massage where appropriate. Cupping is an ancient method using a cupping set to create suction on the skin and allow localized healing to take place. Cupping is an excellent form of deep tissue massage as it has been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissue. It can assist the body to release toxins, increase circulation, activate the lymphatic system, clear stretch marks, improve varicose veins, clear colon blockages, clear stagnation in the lungs, help clear colds and flu’s, and assist in reducing menstrual and digestive problems.
