Stephanie Rother Naturopathy
Naturopathy combines Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Flower Essence Therapy, Diet and Lifestyle advice in order to optimise and improve an individual’s health.
While I have a strong interest in the holistic aspects of natural medicine, I firmly believe in evidence based research to support traditional uses of herbal and nutritional supplements. As a result of this interest I have had a paper published looking at evidence based research on herbal treatments of colon cancer and received an honourable mention for a research paper on treatment of high blood cholesterol levels from the Australian Natural Therapy Association.
My therapeutic plan for each patient starts from an evidence base and combines herbal and nutritional medicine with energetic remedies, dietary and lifestyle advice to provide each patient with an individual holistic treatment.
