At Strength from Within, studio director Nadine Welke utilises the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methodologies to tailor a program to your needs.
Derived from yoga, tai chi, swimming and gymnastics, these contracting and lengthening movement patterns sytematically work the muscles and bones to create a stonger, more flexible physique.

Originally from South Australia, Nadine returned in early 2010 from beautiful Paddington, NSW where she had been teaching GYROTONIC AND GYROKINESIS to both athletic and remedial clientele. Nadine is also a GYROTONIC Pre-Trainer and looks forward to beginning the education of South Australia's next GYROTONIC Instructors.
