I have been working in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 10 years.
As a qualified Exercise Physiologist, I believe that it is important to achieve a healthy body internally and externally, with proper exercise prescription and nutrition, catering to your requirements.
I am also a qualified Pilates Instructor and thoroughly believe that a STRONG CORE is essential to prevent conditions such as back pain, providing you with strength, flexibility and endurance.

Exercise Physiology
As an Exercise Physiologist, I specialize in the area of exercise prescription. I cater to the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries and also assist in improving an individual's general fitness via a range of exercise techniques (cardiovascular, resistance training and core stability).
Strong to the Core offers exercise based treatments for a range of conditions, which include, but is not limited to the following:
