A deep warm bamboo massage using natural bamboo canes and spa green tea antioxidant massage oil, where bamboo sticks are used to knead, roll and pummel away areas of tension and tight muscles. A totally sensation filled experience which can be combined with the Chinese medicine balls for an ultimate in deep, but relaxing massage.

Bowen Therapy
Bowen is a holistic remedial body technique that works on the soft tissue (fascia) of the body. Bowen therapy can be used to treat musculoskeletal or neurological problems including acute sports injuries and chronic or organic conditions. It is gentle and relaxing and does not use forceful manipulation. This makes it safe for people of all ages.
