~Remedial Massage~
Remedial massage uses deep tissue techniques to address and treat a number of soft tissue pathologies which restrict and affect range of motion and cause chronic pain. A deep tissue massage is wonderful in releasing tightly contracted muscles and incorporates techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep transverse friction and passive stretching to ease pain and improve mobility.
~Sports Massage~
Sports massage helps prevent and aids recovery from sports related injury and post exercise soreness. It assists in improving the health of muscles by stretching and loosening, increasing oxygen and nutrient levels and by flushing toxins and lactic acid which build up as a result of exercise.
~Relaxation Massage~
A full body Swedish style relaxation massage is highly effective in reducing general aches and pains, regulating breathing, restoring energy levels, aiding digestion, flushing toxins from the body, improving circulation and reducing emotional and physical stress.
~Pregnancy Massage~
A Pregnancy Massage is specifically tailored to suit the expectant mother's needs. It is also called pre-natal massage. Pregnancy massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. Massage during pregnancy can also help the body and mind to cope with both the physical and emotional stress caused by pregnancy. Both relaxation and remedial massage techniques can be used to relieve pain and enhance mind and body relaxation.
~EFT Massage~
Experience EFT (**Emotional Freedom Techniques) with massage as a powerful way of releasing built up stress, anxiety and worry associated with everyday living. Relaxing body and mind helps you to unwind, destress and detox both physically and emotionally. The mind and stress relieving effects of EFT combined with the deep relaxing effects of massage on the body, relieves emotional distress and may aid in the treatment of chronic physical injuries.
MOBILE & ONSITE MASSAGE
I offer a mobile service if you prefer a massage in the comfort of your own home. You supply the space and music.

INFANT MASSAGE CLASSES
Learn how to soothe and calm your baby, improve sleep, reduce crying, relieve wind, colic, constipation and reflux. Baby massage is suitable from birth and can be learnt by mums, dads and grandparents.
Group classes are run over a four week period. One session per week, with each class lasting for 1 hour.
Massage techniques are taught in stages so that a parent can practise at home and come back each week with questions. Each class has a maximum of 6 babies
COST: $150
Enrolment includes an infant massage instruction manual and a 125ml bottle of organic sesame massage oil.
Group classes can also be run in your home with a minimum of 3 babies. Contact Angie 0417391055 to arrange a home based group class.
Private one to one consultations also available $70 per 1 hour session
