Welcome to Susan Levings Pilates and Fitness
Whether you are starting from scratch or already maintain a healthy level of fitness, adding pilates to the mix can bring amazing results. Pilates is an exercise system which was developed specifically to improve muscle tone, flexibility, posture and core strength.
Perhaps you’re looking for an alternative to the gym or a more gentle way to improve muscle tone and strength? Pilates is perfect for this. It not only lengthens and stretches the muscles, but also improves, balance and flexibility.
Nationally accredited pilates instructor, Sue Levings, is a highly qualified teacher with more than 7 years industry experience and an 18 year teaching background. She is also an accredited personal trainer and holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness.
As well as offering general pilates classes, Sue also conducts specialised pre & post-natal pilates classes. Pilates is a safe, gentle and effective form of exercise suitable for all ages and abilities.
All classes and sessions are held from Sue’s private studio in Thornbury.
