Svastha Yoga Classes
Like other yoga schools, we teach classical yoga postures. However, we emphasise
proper breathing combined with movement, as the breath is a powerful tool for restoring
structural, functional and psychological balance. Class numbers are limited to ensure
optimum supervision and learning.
Meditation Classes
Many myths surround the concept of meditation—our practical approach focuses on the
mental and physical preparation for the concentration required to connect
with the deep
sense of inner peace which comes from genuine meditation. Come and experience
authentic practice in a peaceful setting with the support of proper guidance.
Personal Classes
One–to–one classes enable you to follow a regular practice designed specifically for you.
Personal practice can assist a wide range of individual concerns including stress relief, back or neck pain, postural correction and women's health at any stage of life.
